as a result of the defendant’s appeal against the judgment of the District Court in Warsaw dated December 14, 2020, ref. no. II C 222/16,

decides:

1. set aside the appealed judgment in points one through six inclusive and discontinue the proceedings in the case;
2. return from the funds of the State Treasury – the Regional Court in Warsaw to (…) Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie spółka akcyjna with its registered office in W. the amount of PLN 3207 (three thousand two hundred and seven zlotys) as half of the appeal fee.
