as a result of the claimant’s appeal against the decision of the Regional Court in Opole of 2^nd July 2013, file ref. no. I C 605/11,

decides to:

1. amend the contested judgment

– in point I.1, by substituting the amount of PLN 3,749 awarded in this point with PLN 2,000 (two thousand) for each of these claimants,

– in point I.2, by substituting the amount of PLN 5.149 awarded in this point with PLN 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) for each of these claimants,

– in point I.3, by substituting the amount of PLN 3,668 awarded in this point with PLN 2,000 (two thousand) for each of these claimants,

– in point I.4, by substituting the amount of PLN 5,149 awarded in this point with PLN 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) for each of these claimants,

– in point I.5, by substituting the amount of PLN 3,549 awarded in this point with PLN 2,000 (two thousand) for each of these claimants,

– in point I.6, by substituting the amount of PLN 3,899 awarded in this point with PLN 2,000 (two thousand) for each of these claimants

– in point II by mutually cancelling the costs of the proceedings;

2. dismiss the further appeal;
3. mutually cancel the costs of the appeal proceedings.
