Class action can cover request for declaration of a right or legal relationship (where the interests of particular members of the group is carried out by means of such an establishment itself, i.e. most often in the situation when their rights have not yet been violated). In theory, it is also possible to initiate group proceedings as an action for shaping of a legal relation or right.
