 The Regional Court in Olsztyn 1^st Civil Division in the following ruling bench:

having examined on 29^th March 2013 in Olsztyn the case filed by B.S., the representative of the group composed of (…) against (…) sp. z o.o. [Ltd] in O. for payment

hereby decides to:

I. award from the defendant to the benefit of:

1. the members of subgroup no. 1 (…) the amount of PLN 5,000 for each group member, along with the statutory interest as of 13^th March 2012 until the day of payment,
2. the members of subgroup no. 2: a) (…) the amount of PLN 5,000 along with the statutory interest as of 13^th March 2012 until the day of payment – jointly and severally, b) (…) the amount of PLN 5,000 along with the statutory interest as of 13^th March 2012 until the day of payment – jointly and severally, c) (…) the amount of PLN 5,000 along with the statutory interest as of 13^th March 2012 until the day of payment – jointly and severally,
3. the members of subgroup no. 3: (…) the amount of PLN 2,500 per each member along with the statutory interest as of 13^th March until the day of payment,

II. dismiss the action in the remaining part,

III. mutually cancel the costs of the proceeding.
