decides:
- refuse to reject the lawsuit in the part in which the demand of the lawsuit relates to the liability of the State Treasury towards the members of [data 7 group members];
- dismiss the defendant’s motion to oblige the plaintiff to make a deposit to secure the costs of the lawsuit;
- hear the case in group proceedings.
