as a result of the complaint of both parties against the decision of the District Court in Warsaw of April 1, 2020, ref. no. IV C 1348/19,

decides:

1. amend the appealed order in part so as to grant the status of subgroup member No. 164 to M. S. and deny the status of member of subgroup No. 194 to M. S.;
2. dismiss the defendant’s complaint;
3. leave the decision on the costs of the complaint proceedings to the Court of First Instance in the decision concluding the case.
