having examined on 23^rd January 2018 in Warsaw at the hearing the case filed by (…) Bank S.A. with its registered office in W. against the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection with the participation of the Regional Public Prosecutor in W. for the ascertainment of acts violating collective consumer interests,

following the claimant’s appeal against the decision of the Regional Court in Warsaw – the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection of 21^st June 2016, file ref. no. XVII AmA 129/14,

hereby decides to:

1. dismiss the appeal;
2. award the amount of PLN 1,080.00 (one thousand eighty PLN) from (…) Bank S.A. with registered office in W. to the benefit of the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection as the costs of professional legal representation in the appeal proceedings.
