having examined on 14^th February 2013 in Warsaw at the hearing in camera the case filed by group representative (…) Ltd in W. against (…) Society (…) joint stock company in W. for payment:

hereby decides to:

1. on the basis of Article 7 of the Act of 17th December 2009 on Pursuing Claims in Group Proceedings in conjunction with Article 183⁸ CCP remit the case to mediation;
2. appoint a mediator – K. J.;
3. set the duration of mediation for a period of one month, as of the date on which the order was served.
