following both parties’ appeal against the decision of the Regional Court for Warsaw-Praga in Warsaw of 22^nd April 2016, file ref. no. III C 491/12,

decides to:

1. amend the contested judgment in points 1-32, by dismissing the case and withdrawing from imposing the obligation to reimburse the defendants for the costs of the proceedings on the claimant;
2. dismiss the other party’s appeal;
3. withdraws from imposing the obligation to reimburse the defendants for the costs of the proceedings on the claimant.
