1. Provisions regulating the proceedings on securing the claims shall apply to the proceedings caused by bringing a group action.
2. For the possibility of recognising that existence of the claims designated in a statement of claims has been made plausible, it is necessary to substantiate that the examination of the case in group proceedings is admissible.
