Action for the establishment of non-existence or invalidity of contractual legal relationships resulting from agreements on a credit indexed to a foreign currency, according to which the credit amount was determined based on the bank rate of purchase of the foreign currency and the credit instalment amount –  based on the bank rate of sale of that currency.
