A group of consumers – participants of a trip to Kenya – vs. Biuro Podróży Nowa Itaka sp. z o.o. travel agency

Action for payment of compensation for non-pecuniary damage in the form of the so-called lost holiday pleasure.

Consumers demand the return of the performance they provided to the defendant as remuneration for a trip to Kenya, due to the change by the travel agency of the accommodation specified in the defendant’s offer – accepted by consumers – to a facility of a much lower quality standard.
