Action for establishing the non-existence of insurance relationships between the defendant and the group members and for payment on the grounds of return of all insurance premiums paid by the group members and, alternatively (if the above claims are not allowed), for establishing that the provisions relating to the termination fee and the handling (administration) fee constitute prohibited contractual provisions and, as such, do not bind the group members and, consequently, for payment on the grounds of return to the group members (as benefits not due to the defendant) of all amounts charged by the defendant as handling (administration) fees.
