Action for payment on the grounds of return to group members of undue performances obtained by the defendant from group members on the basis of invalid declarations of group members’ intention to take advantage of the reservation of insurance cover for them, as well as on the basis of invalid group life and endowment insurance contracts with an insurance capital fund, and alternatively (if the above action is not allowed) for payment on the grounds of return of amounts collected by the defendant without legal basis in connection with the resignation from insurance by group members and return of amounts collected by the defendant as an administrative fee (handling fee).
