We encourage you to read the brochure “Zmiany w postępowaniu grupowym – Implementacja Dyrektywy 2020/1828 o powództwach przedstawicielskich – szanse dla konsumentów, ryzyka dla przedsiębiorców”, in which we introduce the assumptions of the proposed legislation, primarily from the perspective of issues relevant to businesses.
