A group of owners of properties developed with single-family houses within the “Lisie Pole” housing estate in the Warszewo district of Szczecin against the “Ster” Housing Cooperative with its registered office in Szczecin.
Action for payment as reimbursement of undue profits earned by the Cooperative: 1) from the sale of building plots purchased with funds paid by the group members to the Cooperative as a construction contribution, as well as 2) from funds collected from the group members for the costs of administration, street maintenance, and the main access road.
