Smog

A group of persons aggrieved by the failure to maintain clean air standards against the State Treasury – Minister of Climate and Environment and the State Treasury – Minister of State Assets.

Action for establishment of the State Treasury’s liability for damages, including harm suffered by members of the group in connection with exceedances in Poland of the limit values for PM 10 dust concentrations (between 11th June 2011 and 1st September 2019) and exceedances of the limit values for PM 2.5 dust concentrations between 1st January 2015 and 1st September 2019.
