Action for payment, including claims arising from the incorrect assignment of nurses at the Hospital to group 5 specified in the annex to the Act of 8th June 2017 on the method of determining the minimum basic salary of certain employees of healthcare entities. The plaintiff claims that the Hospital committed an unlawful act against its employees.
