The case of medical staff against the Provincial Hospital for the Mentally and Psychologically Ill “Dziekanka” in Gniezno, for payment of the so-called COVID allowance

Action for payment to each member of the group of a lump sum of PLN 2,941.55 as reimbursement of the allowance, together with interest, due in connection with the staff’s working hours during the SARS-CoV-2 infection period from 21^st December 2021 to 17^th January 2022.

The members of the group are medical staff of the Provincial Hospital for the Mentally and Psychologically Ill “Dziekanka” in Gniezno, who worked hours that met the requirements for payment of the so-called COVID allowance and did not receive this allowance for their work in an informal COVID ward.
