Action for the establishment of invalidity of the agreements concluded between the group members and the defendant (obligating the group members to supplement the housing contribution – attributable to the group members’ apartments – on account of thermo-modernization of a residential building located in B., which remains within the defendant’s resources) and, consequently, for payment on the grounds of return – as an undue performance – of the equivalent of the amounts paid under the above agreements.
