2. State Treasury – General Prosecutor,
3. State Treasury – District Prosecutor for Gdańsk – Wrzeszcz in Gdańsk

In the action, the representative of the group (then numbering 286 persons), requested that the defendant State Treasury be ordered to pay damages to the group members. The claimant identified the source of the group members’ claims in the defendants’ omissions in conducting criminal proceedings, which resulted in the group members paying money to Amber Gold that they have not recovered to this day.
