In the opinion of the claimant, by keeping the company’s account and accepting clients’ money for the purchase of precious metals, BGŻ failed to fulfil, among others, its denunciation obligations concerning the company and, despite being aware of Amber Gold’s illegal activity, continued to cooperate with it, which led to the arising of damage on the part of group members.
