Action by a group of shareholders of Stocznia Szczecinska Porta Holding S.A. in bankruptcy vs. the State Treasury – Minister of the State Treasury.

Action for payment of damages arising on the part of group members in connection with the loss of value of shares in Stocznia Szczecinska as a result of actions of the State Treasury which led to the company’s bankruptcy.
