Group action related to the transfer of funds from OFE to FUS

Group of insured persons who entered into agreements with Otwarte Fundusze Emerytalne (OFE) and entrusted it with funds for retirement benefits, vs. the State Treasury – Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych (ZUS) and OFE

Action for the establishment of invalidity of an act in law consisting in the redemption of settlement units accumulated on group members’ accounts kept by the OFE covered by the proceedings and transfer of group members’ funds accumulated in OFE – after obtaining information from ZUS on the obligation to transfer those funds to Fundusz Ubezpieczeń Społecznych (FUS) in performance of the Act of 6^th December 2013 on amendments to certain acts in connection with the determination of principles for old-age pensions payments from funds collected in OFE, as well as for the establishment of liability of the State Treasury towards group members for damage caused to group members in connection with the above-mentioned events.
